1970s Model Cars For Sale
Looking for 1970s Model Cars? I got my license in 1977, but the first car I drove was a 1969 Dodge Dart. To tell you the truth, I was more interested in the 1960s Camaros and Pontiac GTOs than most of the 1970's cars that were being built. The 1970s was a time when American car makers started making them bigger and clunkier while the country began worrying about gas shortages and started shifting towards Hondas and Toyotas. There are still some great cars that were made in this era, and building the model cars from this time is a fun way to re-live the times. If I had to pick my all time favorite from the 70s, it would be the 1971 Dodge Challenger, pictured to the left. 1970s Model Cars now on Auction
